It has been a while since I visited this beautiful little place in Pamukkale and I still have fond memories of it. Oh! And the breakfast was so mouth-watering...SOOO many options to choose from, although I am a vegetarian. The hotel also has a traditionally done cosy lobby with cushioned sitting that you would love to sit at, after returning...

The family are very friendly and welcoming . We were the only guests and were offered a choice of top floor rooms . Our room had a large comfortable bed and well appointed modern bathroom. The hotel is situated in a quiet location roughly 10 minute walk from the Travertines ; the hotel will provide free transport to Heirapolis at...

It's a reasonable place to stay, though not very close to the travertines. The owner lady and her husband were very friendly, they allowed us to check-in early, and gave us a ride to the top of the travertines. Good enough for a day's stay.

As many others have mentioned, these guys do a bait and switch once you've booked. We booked a nice big room and got a smelly little closet with a broken heater unit and icy air whistling through the broken bathroom window. Even though the hotel was nearly empty we were refused any other room and were too tired to argue...

Good location but when we arrived the lady at reception was completely lost. She didn,t find our reservation. After searching her papers and think about where should be, she told us that was ok anyway because the hotel had plenty of space. She was nice but unprofessional. We spent one night only but we didn't see other guests around. The...

Apparently, once you reached the Melrose House Hotel, they will usher you to another hotel which is cheaper than the one you have booked. As explained by the owner, since it was the low season, it was cheaper for him to operate the other hotel than the one you booked and paid for. You are then forced to take a...

We enjoyed our stay at the Melrose hotel. The owner and his wife were very friendly, our room was sparkly clean, modern decor and a round queen size bed. Breakfast was awesome. We came to Pamukkale to see the sights, not for the night life, so everything was perfect.

We arrived and were quickly told not to unpack our car as they wanted to move us to the Melrose Viewpoint Hotel. This was because it was low season and we were the only reservation at this hotel. The Melrose Viewpoint was a massive disappointment. Unhelpful staff and awful rooms. Very disappointed not to stay where we booked.

To start off, Pamukkale is a dead town at night. Tourists come mostly in groups just for the day. There is literally nothing to do at night. so staying overnight is NOT a good idea unless you're on a driving holiday (like us) and don't want to spend all your time on the road. There aren't many hotels in town...
