I usually stay in this hotel in Diyarbakir and it was quite good before. However this time I felt that hotel quality has dropped. One of Elevators wasn't working and I had to wait long time to get up 10th floor and go down from there. They gave me a room near the elevator and it was quite noisy. When... More

It's not a 4* hotel more an average 3* hotel. Stay here for 3 nights. Rooms are small and bathroom is very small. You can't move in the shower. The room is clean, but they didn't clean one day....only changed the towels. Breakfast was good and tasty!

Really good impressions, friendly and cooperative staff, nice food, convenient location to wander about and get acquainted with local places of interest. The room and bathroom were clean, WiFi worked, waiters at the restaurant worked efficiently and inconspicuously. A recommended hotel to stay in Diyarbakir.

We stayed two nights in May 2013 in a standard room. The hotel is well located in the centre of the old town. The staff are friendly and very helpful (and even gave us a small gift at check out). The room and bathroom were clean, well appointed and modern (and look just like the photos on the hotel website).... More

The hotel is located in a convenient location in Diyarbakir, good base to explore the various sights of the city (city walls, roman bridge, mosque). The rooms are a bit tired and small, the bed was a tad old and bathroom small, but it does have everything you would need. The facilities are fine - they have a small gym... More

No big deal perhaps, but perfectly ok. They have rebuilt the interior since the days when the hotel was called Buyuk. There is a large internal courtyard several floors high. The reception area looks nice. But compared to the old place its actually a bit noisy because of the large open space carrying noise up the floors. All in all... More

This is a decent 4 star business hotel. The area is full of hotels, but this one is probably the most high-end, other than the 5-star green park, I guess. The rooms are older than they look in the pictures, but still quite decent. Breakfast is 4-star compatible. Staff are very polite and helpful, and they do speak English, which... More

the hotel is a modern structure, situated close to the main visiting places in Diyarbakir. the rooms are clean and quite rational; the people at the desk try to be helpfull (rimember that in Diyarbakir few people is able to speak english, and they are!), and they are always very polite. The hotel is dedicated to a business-genre customers, as... More

Otel is good. Rooms are okey, clean and well furnished but a little bit small. You have a kettle, lcd tv, work table and ac. I don't recommend to have dinner at hotel. There are several very good options around the hotel. Restaurant service is very poor. The workers are smily and interestfull...

“Rooms further away from the atrium would probably be quieter. But I am a light sleeper as evident from other reviews, so maybe most people wouldnt even be troubled with the noise.”
