It's clean modern and comfortable. room cleaned every day, buffet breakfast and dinner. and if you want anything different they will do it. Nothing is too much trouble

First time in turkey and didn't know what to expect but it's amazing and the hotel is beautiful!! The staff are polite, professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble at all. The manageress KADRIYE is always about talking to people and interacting with staff and guests and is always happy to help. The room is clean, fresh and spacious....

Our large family group of 10 (with babies and toddlers) arrived at 2am after a very long and tiresome flight, only to find that they had not reserved our 4 rooms despite happily taking our money at the time of booking . We showed them proof of bookings but the receptionist and manager didn't care and were rude and unapologetic....

Arrived & told of malfunction with the bungalow but ready tomorrow. Tomorrow came & told this was now a technical problem & try again in 4hrs. 6hrs later told...

The twin beds were clean, firm, comfy. A polite cleaning lady kept it clean and changed towels regularly. AC was available at extra cost. But I...

We were lucky enough to be staying close by and this hotel came as a recommendation to visit. The staff sadly could not understand a word of English and pretty much ignored us when we arrived at the 'poolside' to order drinks and icecream. After 20 mins of staff walking past our table an extremely rude lady walked over and...

My friend and I stayed for 2 weeks B&B. Overall our experience was good. The staff made us very welcome right down to the cleaners. I admit that we went out of our way to be friendly and made an effort to communicate as some of the staff didn't speak good English. I would agree that a pool facing room...
