Reviewed 1 week ago Basic hotel and breakfast overlooking the water and near the bazaar and center of Trabzon. Clean, easy to reach from the airport. Good for first night arrival, but park along the mainroad...otherwise GPS will send you through the bazaar to the front of the hotel.

-Wi-Fi very poor comparing with 4 star hotel
-Food is like less than 1 star hotel
-Staff are always in angry face, its seems like we are staying free in their hotels
-Laundry service very slow

Reviewed 20 August 2015 via mobile Very bad service.not that good every time call reception ask for somthing always they say to me sorry we don't have it .the room so small. I took 3 rooms it were in different floor. The only good thing about is near to downtown.

The staff is very helpful and english language very good
