Good location. Set at the back of a quiet street only a 5 minute walk from Tetralna square. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean, had everything I needed (with the exception of a kettle and cups). Would recommend.

I was a guest here during a business trip in Ukraine. I have spent only one night here: once I have entered my room, a terrible smell was present. I have asked the stuff to do something about it or to change the room! Nothing was done!!!! The stuff inexplicably decided to restore the next door room at 6 a.m!...

A lovely hotel in a lovely neighborhood. The rooms are huge and have all the modern amenities. The sheets are crisp and the bed is extra comfi. They have a nice coffee shop cum restaurant on the ground floor. The only thing is lack of elevator (as is the case in most medium size new hotels). However, somebody will always...

We stayed only a night. We liked the location because it was very clean, quiet and the price ok. The room was big enough. We found the hotel quite easy: from the University we took the the first left road and after a 5 min walk we found the location. The breakfast was very good and consistant. The personnel were...

Despite the shabby furniture in the room, hotel is OK for this city. Staff is friendly and polite, but inexplicably they decided to move all the tables after the banquet at 04.00! We woke up shocked and angry and couldn't sleep any more. Terrible sound!

Ukraine still hasn't entered the era of recognising accessible accommodation, so this is a pretty fantastic place to stay, only as long as you can deal with the stairs! This was not a problem for me, and in the place of a lift they provide you with a huge man to carry your bags up, but if you are disabled,...

The hotel was well booked for New Year holidays, thus we had to choose a suite. It was very big, probably even too big for two people, however not all the settings at the room could be used since it was very cold in those part that was adjacent to big windows. Room and furniture designs were rather simple and...

Nice hotel, located near city attractions. Decent service, clean, great value for money. The breakfast was OK, with some Ukrainian dishes and helping staff (even if the English is quite unknown, like for most of the inhabitants)

The pleasant hotel. The room and bathroom are clean and well equipped. Friendly staff. Well location: 5 mins walking to the University, 15 mins walking to the central street. The breakfast isn't included in a room rate, but it is possible to order it for an additional fee and their breakfast is good and various.
