Good hotel for a night or two or if you are planning to spend the whole day outside. Friendly staff and good service. Wouldn't recommend using the swimming pool as people use it fully clothed. You get beach access to the beach resort which is quite nice. There's also a pool bar at the beach resort which serves all kinds...

The hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff. We got a good deal on Cobone with Waterpark tickets. If the hotel could provide a swimming pool for the kids, it would be great and little improvements to the kids play area. We had a comfortable overnight stay with the family.

This is not the first time I spent in this hotel. This is the fifth time I've spent in this hotel and my experiences have been great every time. From front desk reception (Adrienne) to the bell-hop, the service was smooth and professionally polite and helpful in the extreme. I shall always choose this hotel and recommend it to my...

Its a good clean hotel with very polite and helpful staff. It is ideally located in the quite of the city and very close to the Al Hamra mall of RAK. The WiFi is not free and thats a thumbs down as far as I am concerned. But my two nights was good .:-)

We stayed overnight here for our once in a year bonding moments, the overnight room price is good, cheaper than other 4-star hotels, clean & room service is great. I hope they can improve on their facilities like children's play area & swimming pool for small kids. Wifi is not free inside the room, but extra pillows & towels were...

Gone with family for a weekend. And really enjoyed staying there. With pools and resorts facilities. .. We didn't got time even to check spa..were busy enjoying pool..hopefully next visit will check the spa for sure. Would suggest to take all the swimming gears along if you are a new swimmer.

I have stayed there for 7 nights and overall I can say that its ok. But there are lot of opportunities to improve. The internet is horrible - the speed as well as the connection. Also, it is limited to one equipment. So if you are connected on phone, you cannot connect to the laptop. Switching between the equipments... forget it....

I stayed here on a business trip in Dec 2012 for more than 30 days. This hotel has rooms for short stays and 1 Bed room apartment for long stays. Rooms, Gym, swimming pool and other amenities are nice, food is tasty. But all of this gets nullified by it's racist front desk staff !

This hotel was dirty and run down. The rooms were small and noisy, with music from the outdoor pool pounding through the walls. The place is full of kids running around the pool. I suppose it would be an ok place to come with a huge family, but for a couple enjoying a romantic night this place is the worst.
