This is not a typical UAE 5 star resort. The grounds itself are a bit dated, but our room was recently refurbished and modern with all the amenties. While the resort isn't 5 star, it has everything you need for a weekend budget gettaway from...More
The hotel is old and dated. While the offer is for 'all-inclusive' there are significant restrictions on this such as finishing at 11pm and food only being available in a buffet restaurant for certain times during the day. Selection was poor, quality was ok, staff...More
This is listed as a 4* hotel but the tired facade and strange 'all inclusive' system where the only late bar (Zulus - open from 5pm - 3am), the only coffee place on site, ice creams (on sale at the main pool) and cocktails (apart...More

My cousin found a good deal with this resort 2 or 3 weeks ago, all inclusive with free boat paddling. to be honest, didn't expect to see a good beach in UAE but this one is really nice. The beach is clean and calming, though...More

We live in the UAE so this was a weekend escape for us during Ramadan. We got a bargain all inc price and didn't leave the resort. We always advise our family to change their currency in the UAE (but not at a hotel). Food is basic (but we didn't expect much given the price). Bar food was pizza, fries or burgers, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. A couple of meat dishes were served and the remainder were veggie friendly - salads, rices, noodles, they were accommodating so I'm sure you will find something for every meal.
We didn't leave the resort on this occasion but Ras Al Khaimah has lots of daytime sights and plenty of restaurant options at the many hotels around.
