We stayed one night. Very nice, cosy place. Offers the essentials. Great breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. Bikes to use, they let us stay longer for a small amount of money. We can recommend them.

The saying 'they went out of their way' is an understatement for this lovely and quaint Posada located in the old part of Colonia. Regardless of who was on the desk, they really couldn't do enough for us - in the afternoon they even offered us a coffee when we returned from town which was delightful. Great recommendations, bikes available... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights. It's located next to old Colonia. Central courtyard surrounded by two floors of rooms. Very nice to sit out in courtyard or on the upstairs terrace. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast standard for this part of the world

I found this place walking bye and I loved it. The staff was so nice and kind. It was vey hot outside but the rooms were cool and comfortable. I highly recommend this Posada. The dining room was quiet and charming and I had a great boldo tea, that is for upset stomachs. Do not miss it!

My family stayed two nights in the family room. The room was very cute with a loft for the parents. The staff was phenomenal!! They brought out toys and a small table for my children to use in the courtyard. They gave us cookies and lemonade in the afternoon and made sure to have bicycles with children seats available. My... nice little place with rooftop terrace and view over the water. Close to amenities, bars and restaurants. Really enjoyable stay. Clean beds and rooms, bathroom was ok but shower was a bit variable with not a lot of ventilation so took ages to clear. good service on the front door with good English. Breakfast was ok nothing special.

Hi, I am ~30yr old female -stayed here for 2 nights as a part of an Intrepid tour (Jan 2015). I can't tell you how much it cost per night however, in my opinion, it would fall into the $70-$90 bracket depending on the time of year. Pros: -Good proximity to New Town & Old town is not far. A peaceful and quiet posada, with a beautiful roof top area overlooking the river and just one block away from the historical centre. The service was very friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable and rooms clean and tidy. My only complain would be the hot water tank capacity, only enough for one shower before it runs out.
