I don't know why people are saying this place is worth it. I found I could stay in a 3 star hotel in town for $30 less, and still get better service and a better room. This place charges $75 per night for basic rooms and ten dollars more for rooms on the second floor, even though they're no different... More

A beautiful little posada around a beautiful courtyard in a quiet street. Very welcoming staff with good clean rooms. There is also a great rooftop veranda which has great views and offered a stunning vista of the tremendous thunder and lightening storm that we had when we were there.

Cute little place to stay, very close to old town Colonia and situated meters from the river. Rooms dated, bed very uncomfortable and ran out of hot water in 2 minutes flat. Gardens lovely and relaxing with roof top area to sit and enjoy sunshine while it lasted. The biggest problem we found was that the only 2 ATMs had... More

The posada has a very welcoming and tranquil feel about it. The rooms are set in 2 storeys around a courtyard. The rooms were fairly small, are traditionally furnished but were charming and spotless clean. You can relax and read in the courtyard or on a little terrace overlooking the river on the roof. The breakfast was nice too. Only... More

Just metres from the river, the posada is set around a courtyard with an ornamental pond and pot plants everywhere. The rooms are on two floors surrounding the courtyard. They are very "old world" with wooden beams and tiled floors. Although not modern, the bathroom was immaculately clean. The roof-top terrace was the perfect place for a "sun downer drink"... More

It's a lovely little hotel, right by the river. They even have a roof top terrace with view of the water and a nice terrasse inside the posada. As the name suggests, flowers everywhere. The rooms are nice and cute and clean and they do have windows to the outside. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning is included and working very... More

It's an easy 5 minute walk from the old part of the city and close to banks and restaurants. However, the rooms are old and dated and need an update. The door to our room had a semi-broken lock, making it very difficult to lock or unlock the room. Questionable how secure it was. We stayed in a duplex room... More

Sweet little hotel, great location, wonderful rooftop area to relax and watch the sunset. Bed was not the most comfortable, and bathroom was tiny.

We stayed one night in Colonia and we loved staying here. The rooms were clean and pretty with a lovely courtyard area and beautiful flowers everywhere hence the name of the hotel. We had air con and the beds were very comfortable. There was a bit of noise at night from people sitting out in the courtyard but it wasn't... More

The Posada is well located just off Colonia's main street. There's a great breakfast and wi-fi room at the front with lots of natural light and open windows that make it a great place to relax. Rooms were clean but uncomfortably hot on nights that I stayed there. Price was a little expensive but apart from that no major complaints.
