Great location and only a few minutes stroll from the old town. It is in a nice little side street opposite an old temple so it is very quiet. The owner and staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable experience. I was always greeted with a cool drink or a plate of... More

Hoang Trinh is the most charming, cosy hotel you'll stay in all of Vietnam (possibly in all of your travels)! Madame An and her staff are over and beyond welcoming and will bring you fruit, tea and kindness anytime you encounter them. The rooms were fully stocked with shampoos, toothbrushes, fresh towels, umbrellas and featured very comfortable beds and jacuzzi... More

We had four nights booked at the Hoang Trina Hotel, however left after one. We are not complicated travelers, however there were a number of things wrong with this hotel that we just couldn't compromise on. We were room 302 - which backs onto a nursery school playground that even the air con and fan cannot drown out. The room... More

Loved this small hotel for our Hoi An stay. Madam An, the owner, is often around and willing to help with planning other Vietnam travel options. Wonderful breakfast in small outdoor restaurant overlooking the street. Close to old town. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has a great location near the old town. It's very well run and the staff are really very friendly. Everything is neat and clean, and the lavish breakfasts on the terrace are simply amazing. The rooms are just a little overdecorated - decorations cover every piece of furniture, so there was almost nowhere to put our stuff. But... More

Unfortunately we only had one day to spend in Hoi An and in this beautiful Hotel. We arrived early in the morning and were warmly welcomed with a Cup of tea, fruits and pastries. The staff was the most friendly in Vietnam and always helpful for everything. The breakfast is gigantic and you have plenty to choose. It is well... More

Madame An is so welcoming and kind nothing is too much trouble. Her staff are just the same, always trying to help you. The breakfast in the morning is superb. There is all the usual stuff like fruit but also so many unusual dishes which have been prepared for guests to try, plus homemade pastries. The hotel is very centrally... More

From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was exceptional. I enjoyed feeling like family when I arrived and was greeted with tea and cool towels and some home made coconut cookies. My room was everything I could need and then more. Very clean and kept clean every day. Was also greeted every day after my trips to the beach with fresh... More

Centrally located but this means its a little loud on the main road early morning so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Bright spacious room at the front of the hotel. 2 large beds, free tea and coffee, hairdryer, large bath, toilet, television, dressing table, air con etc. Staff very attentive and can book tours to My...
