I stayed here for 2 days and like it a lot. The hotel is located very close to the heritage site, just needs to walk for less than 5 minutes. The room is clean and good, however the bath tub is placed too high. The owner and her staff are lovely and so helpful. They gave us recommendation to some...

Ended up staying here for 6 nights, having gotten the overnight bus from Nha Trang. They sent a free pick up to meet the bus even when it turned up a couple of hours late. A welcome cup of tea and some coconut cookies welcomed me whilst they took my details and bags up to the room. I was in...

I loved this hotel. The staff are unbelievably helpful and made us feel at home. Always welcomed us with smoothies and fruit salads at the end of a hard day's sightseeing, and helped us organize onward travel and accommodation. For $22 for a twin, incl breakfast, it was very reasonably priced. Large, comfy beds which made a nice change from...

The staff here are probably the friendliest hotel staff I've encountered anywhere. Very helpful, accommodating, and generous. The perquisites that other posters have mentioned are indeed a nice touch. The rooms are a little above average, but not by much. Ours had an odd mixture of inoperative lamps and no outlet in the bathroom. There was also no shower curtain...

We stayed for 4 nights and wished we could have stayed in Hoi An for longer. Hoi An was our faviourite town in Vietnam! They started by sitting us down for tea and a biscuit then showed us the room. It was huge, well priced and included breakfast. They helped us organise My Son tour and Motorbike from Hoi An...

This hotel is phenomenal. We paid $20 a night including breakfast for a private en suite room with air con, cable TV and free wifi. The hotel staff were so helpful, we arrived during a typhoon and they gave us towels, tea and cocunut cakes before showing us to our room, and then they invited us to dinner, for FREE,...

We stayed at this hotel for 3nights while we visited Hoi An on our way down to HCM. Firstly, we were greeted with tea and biscuits by a lovely friendly English speaking assistant who talked to us about the UK and our travels and even the 26hr long bus it took us to get here! She then offered us a...

For $13 I had a double room with AC. Very clean and all the basic amenities are available. When I checked in after riding through a typhoon, they offered me a welcome coconut cake and tea which warmed me right up! Service was incredible and the staff were very knowledgeable. Only problem I had was with the electrical sockets, there...

This is the most charmingly friendly hotel I've stayed in. The staff really want you to enjoy your visit. The rooms are spotless, the food excellent, and the view across the Confucius Temple magical. Tours and tickets no problem. Wifi a bit iffy. Overall they set an incredibly high standard for others!

This hotel is excellent because of its service. Without a doubt, the amazing service makes the stay here a worthwhile experience. The girls at the front desk, the housekeepers, and even the security guard were some of the friendliest and most caring people we met in Southeast Asia. They strove to make our stay perfect. The owner of the hotel...
