We had a great stay untill we checked out.... The rooms were clean, comfortable and the wifi in the rooms worked very well. The hotel is nearby plenty of bars and resturants and only a short walk form the main river area. However, on checking out we were asked to pay $8 a night more than what we were quoted... More

I stayed in a dormitory room. The rooms are a little small but have everything that a backpacker needs. Lockers & wifi. Only problem is the plug points. Not every bed has a plug point. I was lucky- my bed had a plug pointy but it is a bit irritating when others need to stretch over your bed to the... More

Every one of the staff here was exceptionally rude and dismissive. They were so unhelpful and just couldn't be bothered anytime I had a question. They tried to charge twice as much for tours and buses. They also stained my laundry and lost some of it.

Very good location, only a few minutes from the old town. The price is ok. Very clean and spaceful place. There is an indoor pool, looks really cool but you won't see people swimming there, even through is super clean, the water is freezing. The staff wore helpful and we got a good price for the pick-up to airport in... More

We booked this hotel for 2 nights but eventually stayed 4 nights. The breakfast that is included in the price is really good! Baked eggs, fresh fruits, baguettes, jam, Vietnamese dishes, pancakes and vietnamese coffee. The only minor point was that our room was very humid and the sheets smelled like mold. Besides that it was a good hotel! Location... More

Stayed here for about 5 nights and enjoyed the room. Excellent cleaning services with sheets and towels changed daily. WiFi is as good as you'll get in Vietnam anywhere. Breakfast in the morning is plentiful and tasty enough though its pretty busy. Free pickup from bus station worked a treat and they even sorted out our onward bus to Hue... More

The best thing first: The breakfast!!! It's amazing! A buffet free of choice and freshly made pancakes or omelettes. And you can have as much as you want. Already the breakfast is worth it. But the hostel itself is also nice, I made good friends there and the infrastructure is fine. Good wifi connection, swimming pool, efficient and friendly staff,... More

Well after a longer than expected bus journey we still had a lovely young lady waiting for us with a big smile at the bus station ready for a free transfer to the hotel. Once we arrived the check in was smooth and very easy. Breakfast is excellent at the hotel and probably one of the main positives. We didn't... More

For that price, we got definitely better value than we expected. Rooms were very nice and clean, bunkbeds were comfortable, breakfast buffet was supper filling and good, staff friendly and nice. Not a hostel though where to meet other travelers but definitely the best bargain for the buck.

The best thing about this place is the free breakfast which includes an omelette and pancake bar, and many choices. Easily the best one I've had in Vietnam. The dorm room is tiny, no room to put your stuff, and very cramped. There is no plug by the bed, and Wi fi was so slow that I had to steal... More
