Quite a walk from the old town, around 25 mins (with constant street sellers along the way). Situated near a very loud bar and on a main road with lots of moped horns. Bar closes at 10 though. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

The hotel is well located. Near the old city. Unfortunally there was no breakfast but in the front of the hotel there is a nice restaurant and they serve cornflakes with fruits. Very good. The only bad thong was that there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom. It looks like someone shape itsself and let all the hairs...

We spent 4 nights here and had a lovely time. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and offer good advice. On our last day there was flooding in hoi an and we had to leave as the hotel was flooded. The staff were really helpful...

The hotel is in a good location and is only a short walk to the old town. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful with information about train and flights. The room was clean and the price was really good value. There is no breakfast available but there a lots of places up the street - we had a cheap...

The location of the hotel is great, not too far up Hai Ba Trung street from the old town. Plenty of restaurants/tailors around the place within minutes of walking. We had a front balcony room, which the room itself was quiet nice, but the AC didn't do a very good job keeping the room cool (doesn't help that they turn...

We had a walk around town to find a reasonable place to stay. We decided on this place because it was $6/person a night (I am not sure if we were there at a high season, Aug, for travellers). Location was good but room's very basic. Like the other reviews, there were ants in our room and stains on the...

Good location, okay price - slightly more than some other places around... but very friendly staff - the only thing I would say is that our room was a little small and pokey! Wouldn't stay here again as I think there are better offers around - in terms of price and size of rooms/breakfast etc. But it did have communal...

Located just outside the old quarter, and close to several good tailorshops and restaurants. Friendly personnel. We arrived early, and our booked room was still not available. Since we were tired and needed a shower after a long night bus travel, we got 'upgraded' to a 3-person-room. First night we had a cold shower, but the next day we moved...
