We stayed two nights at the double room deluxe and I can only say, everything was great: great service, great rooms, beautiful garden, clean facilities, comfy bed, quiet road, plus bikes and a pool :) if your looking for a perfect stay, this is it!

I am a mum traveling with my seven year old daughter. We have stayed here for months on end - in September 2016 and from January 2017 and we will be here til April 2017. The rooms are really nice and they're big,clean and services daily by the friendliest staff. Tith and ahu on the front desk are so kind...

The staff were so friendly and hospitable making sure we had everything we needed, even a breakfast box to take away as we had a very early flight when we left! They also organised a driver to take us out sightseeing for the day and arranged for us to join a tour. We felt at home and really looked after...

Its like... home... but much bigger with garden and two swimming pools and billiard table in the centre. Friendly staff speak english and smile all the time. They are ready to help without asking. Homestay is located close to the centre but not in crowded area. So you can walk easily around. Our room was clean and spacious with comfy...

The quality was so much lower than the other two that I queried if we had been given the correct room especially after reading reviews on here that talked about spacious rooms and baths. This is a great place to stay in Hoi An! It is right in between the beach area and the old city center. The staff is extremely friendly, very helpful and more than adequate in their English. The front desk staff were fantastic especially Nguyen and Kristinia (Moon) they were always very friendly and helpful even though the weather wasn't the best all the staff went out of their way to make you happy and i would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of Hoi An as vacation spot

Perfect location, borrowed bikes, easy to ride to town and to the beach. Nice pool area, lovely breakfast. Very friendly, clean and welcoming. travelled as a family with 2 children and would defiantly stay again.

Amazing homestay, the rooms are incredibly spacious, bright, clean and beautifully decorated. Complete with a bath, couch, air conditioning, TV, kettle and mosquito net this little hideout is perfect for anyone looking for some peace and quiet whilst visiting Hoi An. Outside the courtyard is really well maintained with beautiful trees and plants, as well as boasting a small swimming...

We stayed 5 nights with our 6, 10, 14 and 16 year old children. Everything was perfect! Very nice and relaxed staff, cool pool, nice bar, free bicycles and if you stay some nights a free dinner and cooking class. The cooking class was a lot of fun and the children enjoyed the pool every second we where in the...
