My sister and I arrived after a 7 hr motorcycle ride in the pouring rain to be greeted by the wonderful staff at the Thanh Van Hotel. It is located about 10min walk to the center of Hoi An. The breakfast was very good lots to choose from. The staff I can't say enough about, they were very friendly, helpful...

We spent nine days at Thanh Van Hotel, although simple, it was extremely pleasant, well located, and staffed by a group of super sweet, helpful, and good humoured folks. A real authentic experience with lots of charm. If you're looking for a glitzy, North American experience look elsewhere. Super good location..... we got tons of custom made silk and cashmere...

Clean. Bit more pricey than a hostel. We paid $38 a night. But, delightful staff, good location and breakfast was plentiful and varied. Booked all our trips, taxis and train tickets. Very helpful guest book in room detailing methods of travel. Would come back.

The hotel was in walking distance from the old center and Post office ( wich is handy to send a parcel back home). The staff very helpful and friendly. Too bad we could not use the pool: the weather was too cold and it was rainy.

We had a great stay here . Excellent location close to the Nightmarket and Japanese Bridge. We were given an upgrade for no charge to a larger room . Very historic and romantic, Excellent breakfast and the staff were so helpful in booking our airport and tour for us.

I think was our favorite place that we stayed during the trip we took to Vietnam and Thailand. Great room, great location, great staff, great breakfast! Highly recommended! They have solar powered water heaters so don't expect burning hot temps during rainy season.

Our stay at this hotel was very nice. The swimming pool was appreciated. Staff service was very good. Location great, close to good food. Really value for money. I believe that there was not an elevator though.

This is an older style Hotel two streets away from the old quarter. We were offered two rooms a larger one at front with some road noise and a smaller one away from the front. We picked the larger one with bath (shower over it). The heavy wooden shutters blocked most of the noise. Loved the Location and the staff...

We stayed for 4 nights at Thanh Vanh. The staff were absolutely gorgeous and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated in Vietnamese style, decent size with cold aircon and good water pressure in the shower. The breakfast in the morning is basic, but sufficient. You get eggs, fruits, pastries and coffee. Our favourite part was the pool to cool off...
