There are a lot of negatives I could write about this place but honestly, Ann has made me forgive most of them! She is a gem in an otherwise disappointing hotel. I am pretty sure we could have found something better for the money but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. In summary: Cons: lunch (local food) was pretty poor, very... More

Hoi An is an an amazing place but just full of tourists. This hotel offers a respite from the crowds. Gentle and kind staff. Nice rooms and a wonderful balcony at the back overlooking water spinach fields. All this plus a good breakfast and a swimming pool and only ten minutes from the center of town - great place.

We have just stayed four nights at this small hotel. Good location and about 15 mins down to the river. We ate at restaurants round about and the food was good. The hotel is quirky and very attractive with much of the areas open to the outside. We had a room with a balcony facing the road- not noisy for... More

Hotel is located an easy 5 - 10 minute walk from the old quarter. Very helpful and friendly, if a little lacking in English (but then again I don't speak Vietnamese!). Through the hotel we booked the sunrise tour to My Son and were told to be in foyer at 5 am only to be woken at 4.15 as the... More

This is a fantastic small hotel with everything you could want for a stay in Hoi An. The staff were so helpful and friendly. It's an authentic hotel with food and atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer.convenient for the old town and they have links to good shops and tailors around the town. To-To is the place to... We enjoyed two nights in Hoi An and had a pleasant stay here. The breakfast on the patio was the highlight and a great way to start the day; a delicious buffet and hot Vietnamese dishes made when ordered. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions about the city and also very willing and helped us book a... More

When we travel, we prefer not to splash out on the the resort- style hotels but rather spend our money on tours and activities to fully experience life in different cultures - we are normally out and about all day returning to hotels for a quick rest. That was our plan for Hoi An as well - we booked Thien... More

This hotel deserves special mention for the charming and so funny Ops Manager Ayn. She makes you feel like an old friend straight away with her hilarious sense of humour and wonderful personality. The hotel is really well located and has good facilities. But the most wonderful feature is the staff. From reception to restaurant up to room service everyone... More

We stayed at the Thien Thanh Hotel during our first week in Vietnam. We had researched it on Tripadvisor and were very pleased with our stay there. Our room was a Green View room which overlooked the morning glory fields and had a small balcony. Breakfast was served on the outside deck overlooking the morning glory field and it was... More

We had a perfect stay at this hotel. It's small and charming; breakfast is served on a patio overlooking a field and it really feels as if you're in the country. On the other hand it's only about ten minutes' walk to Hoi An old town. A taxi to An Bang beach takes five minutes and costs about 60,000 dong.... More
