This hotel is very close to the Hoi An old city, just a 5 minute walk over the bridge. The room was very large with fantastic views of the southern islands from the balcony. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with statues and plants that gave it a authentic old-style feel. The swimming pool area was also really well styled. Breakfast...

Mr Dinh and the ladies at reception made us feel so welcome giving advice on where to eat and where to shop. Mr Dinh even took one of our group out for local Vietnamese food....

This was one of the better hotels on a big tour. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Short stroll to town centre. The rooftop restaurant has fantastic views and excellent food. A couple of very cheap local bars on the doorstep.

Stayed here for two nights as part of a cycling tour. The hotel is in a good location very near to the market and old town. It is built in a very traditional style with balconies and outside walkways to the rooms. There are ornate carvings throughout the hotel with 2 Chinese unicorns guarding the front entrance. The hotel circles...

I stayed at Van Loi during the biggest tropical storm of the year. Although not exactly what I had expected, the staff were very accommodating and held a party on the rooftop one of the evenings with the rest of the people on my Contiki tour. Very thoughtful of them, going out of their way to provide hospitality during a...
