This hotel should be shut down. The service is awful the staff try to rip you off and when they're not doing that they're doing nothing but sitting all around the hotel looking somber. The air con didn't work properly in my room and it was unbearable! I didn't sleep for 3 nights and no option to change rooms. The...

The hotel is a little old & run down, however its location is pretty awesome. You can walk to the old town in less than 5 mins. We rented a few bikes & rode around the area, that was probably the highlight of our trip. Breakfast is ok, not a huge variety but definitely better than the places in Da...

Stayed in January 2012, 3 peopls, Ground Floor Villa/Bungalow Room + lots of things to do at hotel; swimming pool, massage, billiards table, restaurant, bar, computers, etc. + close to local shopping + nice room size + located on waterfront + free breakfast + friendly staff - not very clean - facilities looked a little tired (billiards table, swimming pool,...

Ok we are middle aged Aussies and aim to get along and enjoy life and we have a thing for older asian hotels with a pool and great gardens and lots of staff. And we came from a top three hotel in town without a pool (otherwise excellent) to this hotel with a pool when we extended our stay on...

We stayed here for two nights during our one month trip through Vietnam. When we got to the hotel the staff had trouble finding our reservation and made us feel very uncomfortable about this, after a lot of back and forth it turned out that everything was correct however they pretended as if nothing had happened. Later when we asked the...

Just Terrible! Entrance sad, rude staff, dirty stairs and dirty rooms, good breakfast and a nice place. At least it is in a good position compared to other hotels .. Warning! They do not take credit cards! We paid in dollars and the change was given to us in the dong, but applying a change from loan sharks! I told...

Staying here for two nights May 23rd - 25th with my friend. The pool is not too busy but it's not that refreshing in the hot sun. Another couple described it to us as anti like pumpkin soup. The hotel is clean and you have the sense of a lot of space. Not too many people about generally. No music...

Stayed here for a couple of nights on a tour through Vietnam. The place has potential but could definitely use some improvment in all areas. I had a superior room on the second floor with a balcony and a nice view of the garden and river. The room was large but nothing special and it had a distinct odor that...

We booked this place unseen from the airport. Upon arrival we were informed that that had received the booking from the airport and our room for two nights was ready. Great, we thought, let's see it..... The grounds looked fine, if not a little unkept, but there were teams of workers tending to the garden. The room....dead flies in the...
