We are a family of 2 adults & 3 young kids who just recently stayed at this hotel. We loved the open tropical atmosphere about this place. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. Staff accommodating. At the end of the day we just wanted somewhere to sleep as we were out most of the time. The kids enjoyed...

The hotel itself is ok, though a little bit over priced. The furniture is old and used, a shower courtain was never to be seen and behind the hotel is a ministerium located, that started every morning at 5.30 with the propaganda radio programm. With the huge loudspeakers, that are mounted on the roof of the ministerium, the radio programm...

This hotel is rather old with out of date furniture, but it's cheap. It also offers very nice breakfast with lots of fruits and the location is almost perfect. Everything can be reached on foot and the street is not noisy as it can be in Vietnam :)

I was really nervous staying this hotel after reading couple of comments. This is not a 5 star hotel, not 4 star international hotel. It is 3 star private hotel in a small tourist town. It is a good hotel, particular staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed for only 1 night. Arrived at 6 am by Sinh Tourist...

When reading some of the reviews I can only think they were staying in another hotel. Our experience was good overall. The pool was clean, our room was clean. We had a room around the pool with a lovely patio in the back and it was so quiet and very bright. The room had a fan and A/C. As it...

We stayed for a couple of nights in September. the hotel was lovely. the rooms were clean. breakfast was simple, fuss-free but good. the service staff were excellent and helpful, especially the ones at the front desk. the air-conditioning in the room took a while to get used to, though, as you'd need to turn on the air-conditioner for some...

We stayed two days here. The staff at reception were very helpful, and even let us check in very early for no extra cost. The location is fantastic to the old city, we hired bikes and rode to the old town in only two minutes everyday. The hotel helped us to organise airport transfers and orientate us around Hoi An,...

Very basic, don't pay more than $25, only stay if you plan to be out most of the day but that said, don't expect any sleep as someone randomly starts screaming in the middle of the night!! Also, groups of annoying backpackers shouting 4/5am aaarrrggghhh!!! Very noisy in general, pool is FILTHY!!!!!!!! It's a meh hotel but it's really central...

Thanh Binh 111 was suggested to us by another hotel in Hue, we had no idea what to expect but just loved it. The service we received from Ms Ly was fantastic. We spent a whole morning trying to find accommodation for our onward journey and she patiently and pleasantly helped us out. The rest of the staff were also...
