We had the swans on our bed too. My partner keep taking pictures of it and doesn't want to sleep on the bed lol. Staff were excellent really helpful and i think they are one of the reasons why this hotel is popular. Spacious room with computer and little balcony with view of Cua Dai Rd. clean bathroom. Breakfast was...

We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The hotel is pretty close to the centre of the ancient town, takes about 10-15 minutes walk to get there. Breakfast was decent, enough to keep you going, you can have eggs cooked how you want them. The hotel has a pool which was clean and refreshing, which a lot...

There are lots of positive points about Hai Au, and I will remember the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is clean and comfortable and offers good value. I think of it as a 2-3 star hotel trying to be 4 star. It is only about 300 metres to the fringe of the Old Town, so I walked there at...

The key thing to remember if you book this hotel is value for money! We paid $21 each per night for a very large room with breakfast - that's very cheap!! The staff are lovely - within an hour of checking in everyone was acknowledging us by name, and they greeted us like this for 4 days. They arranged a...

The staff at the Hai Au are extremely friendly and helpful, catering for your every need. The moment you appear at the bottom of the staircase in the morning the staff greet you with your name (did not miss out or forget our names once!). Hotel has a good location and a 10 minute walk to Old Town. We found...

This is the second time we have stayed at Hai Au Hotel - such friendly staff, big, clean, cool rooms, great buffet breakfast with unlimited coffee and tea. Situated an easy walk to the river and old part of town. Also has a large, clean swimming pool. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a fabulous place - we had a beautiful room, the location is perfect - close to the main shopping area and a short bike ride (along the flat) to the beach. We used the tailor associated with the hotel and I wish I had ordered more. The staff we wonderful and welcoming. Very helpful and always greeted us...

the best thing about the hotel is the friendly, helpful staff. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. However, the kitchen is dirty and food is prepared on the floor which is next to a smelly toilet which is open to the kitchen.
