I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. The room did not have a safety box, but you could close the wardrobe with a locker, what was good enough to me. Beds were comfortable and the minibar in the room with complimentry water was great. The girls at the desk are lovely and will assist you with whatever you want....

We stayed in a family room for 4 nights. The room was very big and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the minibar in the room with complimentry water was great. The girls at the desk are lovely and will assist you with whatever you want. THe included breakfast is really nice and there is plenty of food. It is a...

What an awesome place to stay. Gorgeous towel displays on the beds are such a nice touch. The staff absolutely go out of their way to make things easy for you. They are so obliging and friendly and really good at remembering your names. We were due to check out on the morning of my birthday. When we came home...

We originally intended to stay in Hoi An for two days, but liked it so much we stayed longer and this was a great base to explore from. 10 mins from the old town (less if you cycle every day like us!) and a 15-20 min cycle to the beach. It's a perfect location between old town and beach (...

Just stayed the one night at Hoi Au but remember it well. Arrived late and woke up the staff in the foyer but shown to a sweet little room with everything you need at a budget price. In the morning the very enthusiastic Yummy greeted us and we then had one of the best breakfasts on our whole trip. According...

This place really does have amazing service. The staff all try very hard to learn your names, and were helpful in booking tours, train tickets, etc. They even allowed us to charge our bicycle tour with Heaven and Earth to our room, because we didn't have enough cash. The price was reasonable for what you get. Our room had a...

Such a lovely hotel, a little off the main street it took my xe om driver a little while to find it but the reception I received when I got there was fabulous. The staff really make a point of getting to know you and will greet you by name as you come and go. I was a bit stuck...

We stayed at the Hai Au for a couple of nights in September and found it to be an excellent little hotel. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, taking the time to all learn our names and to give us a massive welcome whenever we walked into reception. The room was clean and well equiped and, for the price, was perfect....

Quality on a budget, staff work hard to make your stay perfect. The only problem I had was they were over booked on the last night and put me in what staff described as a sister hotel. This was not true as the second hotel was close however very cheap and nasty. My advice to Hai Au hotel is to...
