We booked in for three days, hotel staff spoke really good English, room lovely with excellent air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Hotel in a great location and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and anything u asked for the staff were more than happy to provide. We would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.

My new favourite cheap hotel in Danang. You feel like you've stepped into an old flash hotel, sure it's past it's hey-day, but it has everything you need for an incredibly good-value price. The location is great in central Danang. The staff were OK, the rooms good. The breakfast let it down as it was all cold, shrivelled, and pretty...

I stayed here twice on visits to Da Nang. I got is at a rate of $10 a night low season promo on Agoda so whether it still goes for this or not (regular price was $30) which is why I give it an excellent for value if its $30 then just 3 stars. For that price the room was...

The facility itself is ok, decent size and location. But the staff is unprofessional, persistently tried to sell us overpriced tours and motorbikes. Breakfast buffet was very bad and closed an hour ahead of schedule. We realized this when, on the first morning, we went to the restaurant and patiently waited but were completely ignored. All around disappointing, with no...

A drab hotel in the centre of town. Beds and bathroom clean, although smell musty. Drab furniture and fit out. Complimentary water, use of kettle, but no coffee or tea, so not sure what you would use kettle for. Breakfast 6.30 to 9.30. We arrived at 8am, no one else in restaurant, and left over food was cold and dry....

I stayed for all most a week. The breakfast was ok and the view was better. Staff was eager to help as best they could. In the middle of the night a big thunder storm rolled in while I was sleeping. Flashes of lightening and thunder every few seconds. Rain was coming down in buckets so I sat up in...

We stayed here after our train got into Da Nang around 11 at night, we had booked this room on lastminute.com. We chose this hotel fopr the price, and as advertised on lastminute.com there was 24 hour room service which would be good after our long train ride. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were not very pleasant...

The Da Nang Pacific is a bit like Da Nang itself -- not quite geared up for the western traveller's usual expectations. This review is coloured slightly by the fact that we were offered an upgrade when we arrived because the room we booked a few months back was not yet ready. In fairness, they did offer to put us...
