It looked a lot different from the pictures but it was still nice enough and a lot nicer than a hotel we had in Hue! It was clean, it looked nice, they had daily cleaning services, it had all the amenities that we needed. The elevator was broken at one point but they seemed very quick to get it fixed!

We were greeted with a welcome drink which is a good touch. At app. 3kms from the City, Marble Mountain and a 10-15 minute walk to My Khe Beach we found the hotel convenient for our needs. Clean, Air Conditioning and complimentary water, the only issue was the room we stayed in was looking tired as it lacked the finishing...

Although the 15 minute walk from the 1st accessible public beach is a negative, the $3 or so half-day motorcycle cost, makes up for it in time and convenience. This hotel has large, well appointed rooms, very attractive in appearance with small but pleasant balconies (ask for a room with balcony) overlooking the pool. The pool is beautiful, but just...

This hotel is horrific, the most awful place i have ever encountered. The room and sheets were dirty and there was a mattress randomly outside our door. The air-conditioning barely worked and was leaking. Our window was pretty much bricked up. The hotel feels more like satan's torture chamber than a three star hotel. The breakfast was terrible, who wants...

He rustled through the plastic in the garbage seemingly all night until I put it in the hall. Night 2 he decided to climb on my wife's head. Not cool. I wanted outta there but they wouldn't give me...

Nice rooms although they had some cockroaches. The wifi didn't really work and the breakfast was really average. The place itself looks very elegant, so these things came as a surprise contrasting to the superficial impression. Otherwise good.

“Don't bother to book a room with a balcony - they are at the back and look over some very dilapidated houses with laundry hanging up and have no view. We had a suite whic I can not recommend - I'm not sure what else is available. So if you come - on your head be it!”
