After 10 days of wildlife camping in Botswana we were looking forward to 4 nights of relaxation, peace and quiet. Well, the room was peaceful and quiet but it was also dark, smelly and hot, hot, hot. For the price they are charging we did expect a little more. Service was also almost non-existing, except when you dealt with Ruth....

This place was recomended by lonely planet so when i arrived at livingstone i headed there. I turned up at about 7pm after driving all day but was told I wasnt able to stay as the boss had gone home and would not be happy if a strange car was there in the morning. I offered to pay upfront but...

We camped for a few nights, it's only a few mins walk from centre of Livingstone. Facilities are good, a small pool, big cushions to laze about on, cookers and fridge available to use. We preferred this to Livingstone backpackers as it was peaceful at night.

This camp was clean and functional. The price was fair for the facilities on offer. It would have been helpful to know beforehand about the load shedding as we could have come better prepared to manage that. The pool was well used by our kids and the cooking facilities were well maintained. There was a nice garden space for relaxing...

A group of 13 of us stayed here in August 2015. It's a short walk from Livingstone town centre and if walking at night I'd definitely take a torch as it's very dark along the streets at night. The stay are very friendly at the camp and couldn't be more helpful. We went to Victoria falls and caught the minibus...

There is load shedding at the moment in Zambia due to low rain fall and not enought water to run the hydrelectrical plants to meet demand. Reception has a scheudle listing when the lectricty will be off. They have a generator to compensate - which is fine during the day but late at night and first thing in the morning...

This is a no-frills camp with rooms available and a common area for camping. The camping area was filled with tents one night and nearly empty the next as groups came through. The UK teenagers were a little noisy, but that's to be expected. The location was great, and since most of the Victoria Falls-area activities offered free shuttles, it...

Jollyboys Camp was just fine but it was a bit weird. I stayed in a 4 person dorm room with 3 people. We reserved the 4th bed to ensure that we didn't have anyone else staying with us and we used the shared ablutions. The room was small, with bunk beds, which was expected. It had a weird smell, but...

Been to this camp in a short trip to Livingston with my friends. It is a nice and affordable place to stay. It is almost 2KM from the Victoria Falls and have good enmities around. It has 2 options with one sharing room (dormitory) and one with 2 bed private cottages. Staff is quite helping and you can spend good...
