This property is like none other. We only had 2 nights there (used it as a base to explore Vic Falls) and I wish we could have stayed longer. If we had I would have spent some time on our amazing deck overlooking the Zambezi River; gone on the bike ride; visited the village! So much to do. But we...

Literally located on a couple of Islands on the River Zambezi, Islands of Siankaba is an oasis of a Lodge. Situated approximately half an hours drive outside of Livingstone - it's readily accessible to Victoria Falls and Chobe National Park in Botswana and is definitely worth the drive to get there. I stayed there in April 2014 after a recommendation...

My partner and I recently enjoyed a 3 night stay at Islands of Siankaba, which provides high standards of comfort and service and excellent cuisine. Our lodge was very comfortable and well-appointed but we would have appreciated some floor covering as evenings are cool in the winter months....either that or provide light washable slippers! We spent a day at Victoria...

Thank you for the wonderful comments and we are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. We have taken note of your suggestion of floor covering or slippers and will certainly implement this next year in the colder months. Next year we are introducing two additional activities , a farm tour and hiking. This with our numerous other in...

From their website and other TA reviews I was hoping that Siankaba would be an outstanding experience, and in most ways it was. Brilliant location and wonderful staff taking care of us, we were smothered with caring attention. Great meals, terrific spa, well appointed rooms and always the river in view. My only concern is that the timber and tented...

I was fortunate to spend 3 nights at the Islands of Siankaba in early June 2014. How romantic a room with its views of the pod of hippos serenading you from the Zambezi River which was in full flow. The monkeys obviously enjoying the many photos being taken of them. The staff were exceptional, friendly, joyous and always smiling. The...

We had a fabulous weekend at the Islands of Siankaba. The food was outstanding and the level of personal service was much appreciated. Nestled on a set of small islands in the mighty Zambezi river, this intimate lodge has just 7 beautifully appointed chalets. 6 of the 7 have gorgeous views of the river. Despite the relatively compact space, there...

What sets Islands of Siankaba apart is not the magical location on the Zambezi with top quality hospitality and attention but the great enthusiasm and friendliness of all the staff and the fact that it is integrated into helping the local community. For a few days it is an idyllic escape

We have just got back from 4 days at Siankaba for my Mum's 60th Birthday. We were 8 adults and 3 kids. I can honestly say we have never had a family holiday quite like it. The staff are truly amazing and every whim is catered to. From the early morning fishing trips on the beautiful Zambezi that surrounded our...

We came here on our honeymoon and we could not have asked for a more romantic three days. We were met by Adam who took us over to the island.
