Friendly, hospitable and very helpful, with good advice on everything from food to sightseeing and transportation, Daniella is a great host, providing a nice quiet place to stay in a spacious room where you could lounge on the veranda and poke away at your WiFi device. There was a power failure but the Lodge's generator was started very quickly and...

Just 10 minutes outside of town, Daniella and her husband provide a relatively inexpensive and value-oriented respite for travelers making a way station of Bulawayo. I reserved a small room and was able to get a second bed. The rooms are incredibly clean, and are appointed with carpeting, decent beds, wicker furniture and ample lighting. There are also a couple...

Since I did not go anywhere else in Zimbabwe, it's impossible to make any comparison but this place offers everything I needed for my working trip. The owner gave prompt feedback to questions we asked before we made our reservations. The rooms are of a nice size, the hot breakfast was well done and generous. It was a bit of...

Bullawayo was one of the greater places we found on our Africatrip. if it was due to Garda I don't know but it wouldn't surprise me. Nice, clean and quiet, Good breakfast. Carlo and Daniella a helpful couple. Asking if you need a ride when they leave for the city. Supermarket and good restaurant across the road. Michelle & Robert...

Daniela and Carlo do everything possible to make you feel at home. We were looked after so well and the room was spotlessly clean and the gardens very well looked after. Thankyou for everything. Robert and Christine UK

After a 2 week trip around Zimbabwe we landed in Bulawayo. The English Breakfast was the best we had, it seems the Italians know how to cook eggs! The hosts were very informative, and we spent some time enjoying lively conversation. The 5 member family room was comfortable.

We stayed only two nights in Bulawayo but enjoyed it a lot. The warm welcome by the Lodge owners Daniela and Carlo made us feel at home immediatly after some safari days in the bush! The owners are also very helpful with hints for shopping or anything that you need in Bulawayo or Zimbabwe. Breakfast is included and quite abundant....
