If you want a convenient location right in Town you would need to consider Rainbow Bulawayo. The breakfast is good. However, the TV viewing experience is not good. They need to invest in better TV viewing experience for their clients. For sport lovers you need to step out of the hotel and find some better place for sports shows. Great breakfast as well. Very clean and well stocked restaurant.

I have been to the property plenty times but i cannot help notice how disappointing the bedding was especially on the 2nd night. One sheet was white the other was yellow and stained. The sheets gave me an itch aswell. The toilet in room 336 has a problem that needs fixing the water runs nonstop unless u press it strategically. I did not choose the breakfast included added this time around but I must mention how the baked stuff tastes/feels dry/stale im not sure if it’s because they wont be fully covered or if they would have surpassed 3days.
Overall the location is great and channel options are alright.Hoping the minor issues can be fixed id still go back there

I was booked at Rainbow hotel for a week attending a conference. I have been to several hotels before and it is my plain truth that i enjoyed my stay at the hotel. As someone who is resident in Bulawayo, i had plans of using the facility during the day and going back home at night for the entire week, the dramatic irony is that i found myself stuck at the hotel just because the environment was conducive for the workshop, it was superb when in terms of cleanliness and offered a really refreshing rest at night. The staff from the reception, security, and those manning the rooms complemented each other in making the environment friendly and hospitable.

A clean place, well situated in the CBD making it easy to get around.
I Highly recommend this place.
The service is also good.
The only thing they need to work on is the shower as very little water came out during our stay.

This was the worst trip of my life. I've used Bulawayo Rainbow before however, this year, I booked for 230 guests and was confirmed weeks before only to get there and they've only reserved 90 rooms. What came after that was horror. I spent the day hunting for additional accommodation in Byo for my guests. Rainbow then told me they'd put my guests at Selbourne Hotel a place within town but when my guests got there it smelled of smoke, there were rooms with bedding that was soiled by blood, some rooms where smelling like people had just done the deed. I went there pulled my guests out. As pregnant as I am, I had to split my guests across Bulawayo, which had implication costs and inly got to rest after midnight. The General manager Hilda Magaso decided we weren't her problem and she left us to deal.with none accommodated guests. The funny thing is, Rainbow knew about this but just went on to book my group and lied about everything being okay the night before only to pull out a joker on the day my guests were checking in! These guys are unreliable.

What I was expecting and what I got was totally different. It is like the kind of service you offered us was tailor made because you knew we are Zimbabwe Tourism Authority. Breakfast which is the first meal of the day is supposed to be exciting but heeish it was nothing to write home about.

Bulawayo Rainbow is a very nice place to be when you visit Zimbabwe's second largest city. It is conveniently located that those who are not driving have all services closer to accommodation facilities. The recent renovations of rooms makes it more appealing.

A nice and conveniently located place to for especially for business accommodation. Great food and warm staff. Friendly and warm staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Can be noisy at times due to its location and internet speed need improvement. Overall, I had a great stay at the Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Our flight was cancelled at the airport, and the airline arranged accommodation at Rainbow Hotel for the affected passengers. Amidst a large, frustrated group arriving at the hotel, the only front desk staff member who appeared friendly and eager to help was Minenhle. Her warm personality helped me forget about the cancelled flight, and her presence made me feel at home.
