Spacious, clean, modern rooms. Lovely staff. Great service all round. I particularly loved how quiet the place is, great for winding down after a long day at work. Cherry on top is that it is quite affordable!!!! The food however wasn't as good. And the menu is very limited.

Have used Mpala hotel for a while but standards lately have sadly deteriorated...i pray someone saves that business! It appears they now can not get the basics right, the wifi, television channels, doors etc are not working. While the staff are ready to assit...it appears they are stretched. Will be a while before i book myself back at this place.

Again a hotel which can absolutely not keep their promises, only because i was only stayig for 3 nights, and i was too tired to search for another solution, i did stayed there... The 3 photos that i have are only a small example of how they did NOT kept their promise of "LUXURY beyond imagination", marked on a big board outside of the hotel...

Clearly the hotel is aimed at business travellers, but despite this the staff went out of their way to accommodate our family. The rooms were clean and pleasant. The place is secure and we had no problem having the kids in the room next door to ours. Special thanks to Albertina who went out her way to make our stay a really pleasant one!

We found Mpala on Airbnb and it was delightful. It was clean, in a part of town that seemed residential, with trees surrounding it. Our car was washed by the night watchman and that was a pleasant surprise. The staff was lovely, too.
