The service at Mpala Boutique Hotel was really excellent.
The room was just spacious, well maintained. The location is in a quite residential place, with secure parking. The watchman washed my car very early in the morning. The staff was so friendly and the food was always well prepared and fresh.

What I liked most is the quite environment, fresh foods, and spacious well furnished room.

Spacious, clean, modern rooms. Lovely staff. Great service all round. I particularly loved how quiet the place is, great for winding down after a long day at work. Cherry on top is that it is quite affordable!!!! The food however wasn't as good. And the menu is very limited.

Have used Mpala hotel for a while but standards lately have sadly deteriorated...i pray someone saves that business!

It appears they now can not get the basics right, the wifi, television channels, doors etc are not working. While the staff are ready to assit...it appears they are stretched. Will be a while before i book myself back at this place.

It's small, but comfortable, not very posh but comfortable. If you are comfortable with continental food it's ok place to stay.

Nice, comfortable and cozy, have a small pool for relax, enjoy and have fun. It's quite no noise nice staff and clean.

Mpala lodge was recommended to us. It lived up to all the good things we had been told and more. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Linen was crisp and fresh. Staff were very attentive and friendly made our stay quite pleasurable.

I was very impressed with the Mpala. This hotel is not luxurious, but it is very clean, safe, and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable, and the AC worked really well. The room was virtually spotless and the bathroom was very modern and in great shape.

The WiFi signal was a bit weak in the rooms, but still worked. The signal in the lobby is strong.

Breakfast was great, though they only had instant coffee. Dinner service was delicious, but a bit slow.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends, and I'm certain I'll return the next time I'm in Bulawayo.
