The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, super convenient location. Nothing fancy, close to a Fairfield property, it like the usual Courtyard experiences. I do like the inroom refrigerator, but otherwise nothing special about the room.

The rooms are typically excellent. Very comfortable beds, nice contemporary décor, plenty of room. There are some gripes - the only coffee is Starbucks (ugh!) and the Bistro concept for food/meals is not particularly inviting, but that's on Marriott corporate. On a local note, some of the non-front-desk staff could use some lessons on how to positively, cheerfully, and pleasantly...

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback from your stay. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the rooms and the front desk staff were welcoming. In lieu of the Starbucks coffee, we do offer complimentary coffee in our guest rooms that is a different brand. I apologize for the experience that you...

Toured this property before Christmas for a future stay next week and it is a spotless property all around! Kate DelGobbo is a truly outstanding General Manager, in which I have had the great pleasure to work with as a Front Office Supervisor and Assistant Front Office Manager at The Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls and Sheraton At The Falls in...

Stayed here for two nights during Christmas. I do not have anything negative to say about the hotel. They were able to honor all of my requests. Big shout out to Claire who was working the desk! Hotel offers free washing detergent and it was only a dollar to wash and a dollar to dry your clothes. I was pretty...

We stayed in Buffalo for a boys weekend to see the Patriots/Bills game. Overall the hotel was good.. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the staff friendly, nice pool and ample parking. It may have been my mistake but we expected a complimentary breakfast buffet, as we have become accustomed to at previous visits to Buffalo Marriott hotels. Instead...

We went for a 2-night stay for a week-end of shopping. The hotel is in a good location, easy to get to, close to the mall and shops. Room was spacious and very clean, bed was comfy, and the place was quiet. We had breakfast one morning at the cafe in the lobby, a tiny bit pricey but excellent food...

Just stayed here for a quick overnight. Great, friendly, competent front desk staff. Also enjoyed talking to the young man handling the Bistro late in the evening. You can always depend on a Courtyard for fine service and cleanliness. I DON'T miss the free breakfast confusion at other hotels! Nice choices here that you pay a bit for. Be aware...

A nicely furnished, comfortable Courtyard. Excellent bed! Some years ago I realized the bed is what matters in a hotel. I am not here to watch TV or swim, I'm here to sleep and this was a vet, very nice bed. Good shower water pressure. What else do you need! About 4 miles from one the local The Anchor Bar....

This is located in a quiet area. It was clean. The Bistro was prompt on service and delivered good food. I wish you didn't have to pay for the coffee but that is how it is. The workout room had working equipment and Lysol wipes. The front desk and staff were friendly and helpful when trying to address our questions.

This Courtyard is almost 20 years old, and to some extent it shows. First, my room key would not open the outside door's. Next, I had to be moved from my preferred first floor room to the third floor because the a/c fan bearings had failed. However, I only had to spend one night on the third floor, I was...
