First of all, it's ranked a 4 star hotel but it's actually a one star garbage. It's not worth a penny, the staff aren't cooperative at all, the rooms are unclean, the toilets are unhygienic at all. The hotel itself is old. The pool was dirty and unready they told us to go to another hotel across the street. Yes,...

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. Good location -- walking distance to all shops, markets, beach, restaurants, etc. Nice area. Room/furniture looked old. Fridge was operational but barely cooling. AC was working OK. Bathroom had an old bath tub with traces of mold on wall tiles. Shower was operational but old too and it was also a...

I was planning a couple of days rest and relaxation in Aqaba, before heading to Petra, but was disappointed. People would come and go at the hotel all hours of the night. Cars were driving up and down the street, honking car horns and screeching car tires all night. Not recommended for families or people seeking a quiet hotel.

I've just spend 3 nights there with my family.. The value for money was excellent and got a renovated room. Friendly and helpful staff when we ask them for assistance. City hotel but very affordable. They have daily shuttles for Berenice beach which is a paradise on Earth.

Stayed for a night. Room on 7th floor was reasonable and had a terrace. Had to ask for a new duvet as mine had blood on it but otherwise one of the cleaner rooms on this trip. Limited choice of tv and (bizarrely) a tray of tea bags etc but no kettle! Breakfast was quite limited - eg bread but...

I stayed at this hotel for two days, if I want to compare it to the price I paid for night to the service I got it's very good , but the swimming pool is not clean and not encouraging to swim in it , if you want to stay for business go there if not find another place.

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. We arrived after catching the Jett bus from 7th circle in Amman. 9JD for about a 3 hour trip. The hotel is about a 10-15 min easy walk from the bus station. It is centrally located being about the same distance from the beach, and the town centre. It is in what's...

This is very much a 3-star hotel BUT the water was hot and the air conditioning worked so what more can you ask for? Perhaps some more power points and somewhere to put your stuff and maybe some fruit for breakfast. But the staff were friendly and helpful!
