Just a short period of stay at this hotel. However i love the room with spacious size and full of bathroom amenity. Lobby area was a bit crowded with tour groups. Breakfast was good, especially deep fried chicken, super yummy!!! Must try!!!

Hotel has a good location, everything is well organized and clean. Hotel has excellent breakfast and personnel is friendly. I would recommend this hotel for both tourists and business guests. Not sure how it would be with children.

Second time to stay at Nagoya Tokyu hotel and loved it. The staff is amazing and very sweet and felt at home as soon as i arrived. The rooms are pretty standard but no complaints. Very clean and spacious.

Stayed one night in early November 2016. Comfortable, very clean and exceptionally quiet. Spacious room and nicer bedding. Loved the Toto Washlet toilet. Complimentary toiletries very nice. Good buffet breakfast, extensive Japanese and Western options. This is a business class hotel, not trendy, and they do it well.

I only stayed in this hotel for 1 night, but i only chose to stay here as i wanted to treat myself and my girlfriend in a more upmarket hotel whilst we were travelling around Japan. Upon arrival, i noticed a McLaren parked outside the lobby (which goes to show you the kind of clientele they have). The staff were...

Rooms are clean and large enough. There is free wifi. Breakfast are great. especially for western guests. There are 3 breakfast rooms. One for western, one for...

But kids told not allowed. Not told that. Also it is privately run, so about $30 a day I was told to use. Disappointing. But concierge...

I stayed here for three nights on a solo trip. The room was a little small but I did book a room for a single person and it was fine for that and a short stay. The only think I would be negative about is the fact they don't have complementary bottles of water for you to drink. Other than...
