Hotel was very clean and service was amazing. Centrally located with a lot of activities within walking distance. Cab service available at the front door every morning and shuttles available as well. Overall a great experience.

I stayed at the executive floor. The executive lounge was redecorated last year ago and seemed to become new, then was a very good. It was very satisfactory staying with the meal offered in executive lounge, and the high quality of the guest room.

Great front line staff from receptionist to Bell Boy especially Ms Kana Kobayashi, bell attendant from Hilton Nagoya. She made us feel so welcome with her bubbly demeanour. She was attentive, helpful and assisted us with our restaurant reservations and was very apologetic when one of the restaurant does not allow reservation. When we came back from day outing, she...

Service at the Hilton Nagoya was exceptional. The room was excellent and room service was great. Location was good. The only thing I say is to evaluate the breakfast buffet. The massage service was nice in the fact that you can get massages up to 2am in the morning.

Good location between Sakai and Nagoya train station areas. This is about a 10 minute walk to the Nagoya train station and about a fifteen minute walk to central part of Sakai. Go to the top of the Nagoya radio tower in the Central Park area for some great views of the city.

The location was an easy walk to subway and train station plus the selection of restaurants in the area is endless as is shopping. Shopping in Nagoya for big sizes 2XL men is slim as is for women. The concierge was a highlight and the free rental bicycles are something the other Hiltons should start doing as well. *Room: Perfect blend of Japanese culture and modern décor. One of the best in the Hilton system. The room...

Upon arrival we were early so unable to check into our room (too early) so we tried the eating area located in reception. This was tasty and comfortable. We both had sandwiches which were fresh and tasty. The rooms are beautiful. Not huge but very well designed. The bathroom and shower are particularly neat. Stunning views over the city can...
