The staffs are very friendly but they do not really capable on conveying in English. Simple English conversation is okay but there are still some problems in understanding. (but i guess it about the same for every hotel). The breakfast is also free. Although the size of the rooms are not that big, but the walkways in the room are...

This hotel was fantastic. I will stay here again for sure. It was so cheap, and so good. For starts, this location couldn't really be any more convenient. You're right by Sakae and Fushimi stations. You're right by quick, cheap food, and a Circle K. You're right by Princess Road! (arcade, ramen, shops, karaoke!) You can walk to the science...

Stayed there for one night during recent Japan tour. Beautiful place. very spacious rooms by Japanese standards. Good breakfast. convenient to shopping and near to station. The staff , as usual in Japan, very co-operative. many of them spoke English. tree lined roads in front give a beautiful look.

Everything is average…from the location to the bed, room, to the breakfast…which was toast…three types of buns, corn soup, yoghourt, orange juice and coffee only. We payed 11.000¥ for a twin room on 20th of November 2015.

I booked the hotel months ago and specifically asked for a non smoking room. We were put in a smoking floor. The air conditioning did not work and the room was baking hot with a tiny window (which looked out to a grubby wall). I don't mind cheap - the bed was comfortable and the room was clean (although old)....
