Located less than 5 minutes from the JR train station, the Manten hotel was perfect for us while exploring Kanazawa. The room is small as you expect in Japan but unfortunately for us when the sun shone in the room was boiling and when it went in the room was freezing. I also felt quite itchy after using their body...

We stayed at that hotel for two nights, and frankly, it would have been difficult to spend one more. The staff is really nice and helpful (basic English available), but the rooms are TINY!!! Having lived in Japan for several years, I know Japanese guests will be more accustomed to what Kanazawa Manten offers in terms of comfort, but the...

I stayed at Manten hotel for 2 nights in April with my family. The rooms were extremely tiny and old while the beds were unconformable. Biggest qualm was that the toilet which was also tiny smelled very bad.

This hotel is close to the rail station and bus terminal - so you are able to get where you need to go. it has a public bath for those who wish to experience it. The hotel has a set breakfast menu which is limiting. however, staff were helpful and able to assist in terms of information.

The rooms are clean , eventhough rather small. The hotel is very strategic located. A walking distance to the train station and a big mall too. The staff are helpfull . The restaurant serves nice dishes at a resonable price.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Oct and had a great time. Hotel is about 5 mins walk from station. Lobby looks nice and spacious with Japanese garden at front and back. We had twin room and found it a little more spacious than usual. The hot bath is awesome with outdoor/indoor and spa room. Breakfast is very nice with...

This property is very easy to find from the train station. Look for the 7-11 store that is at the rear exit of the station on the right. Exit the station, turn right and follow along the side of the station building. After a short walk you will see the hotel on the left side of the street. The hotel...

The Kanazawa Manten Hotel is just a stone's throw away from the iconic Kanazawa Station. There are several dining options in the vicinity of the hotel. There is also a shopping area nearby. The hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms, and a delicious buffet breakfast. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
