A hotel staff here greeted me with a 45-degree bow, what a great custom. Bring earplugs because I could here the chirping of the crosswalk from the 9th floor and everything here is in Japanese, even the TV remote.

I was on business and hadn't done any sightseeing other than walking to the nearby shops and pub street. I did see plenty of brochures at the desk and the concierge was very attentive. We took the bullet train to Tokyo as we flew out of Haneda. Best to call up the hotel and ask. Sorry I'm not that much help on your questions.
