The room we had was brand new with a lot of light and extremely clean. We chose the traditional Japanese style room and it was really comfortable. The hotel staff was really helpful and nice and the hotel is conveniently located. Overall a really nice stay!

When we came at the hotel we realised we had committed a mistake while making reservation, but they were attentive and prepared a room for us even if it was all full. Personnel is very kind. Rooms are tiny but quite clean and comfortable, it's not a problem if your plan is not to stay at the hotel all the...

Rooms are big enough for two people, everything is provided; shampoo, air drier, frigo and pajamas. Bathroom and shower are inside the room. Wifi is available for free and the staff is pretty charming. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is right off the mall with the covered arcade so if you've got time to kill it's a perfect location. Walking distance from tons of shopping, dining and bars. Also ended up spending a lot of time in the room due to rain and it was quite comfortable for two people. The rooms have these built in stereo...

I'd say that this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Japan over the years in terms of value and hospitality. Staff were wonderfully pleasant and went above and beyond to help me and offer assistance with any questions I had. Really convenient location, only a 10 minute walk from Okayama station set back on a nice,...

This hotel is everything above expectation. The location is not too bad, gonna take a short tram (just one stop!). The hotel outside have quite a few eatery, so for always hungry people like me, it is a bonus. Beside the hotel there is a departmental store and 100 yen store. Everything is provided in the hotel, and there is...

Good hotel and the staff were nice. However, I was on the 10th floor which is a smoking floor - the smell of tobacco was overpowering, although inside the room itself it was barely noticeable. I'm guessing the hotel has recently been redecorated as room and bathroom were immaculate. If you are on foot, it's best to get a taxi...

We used Okayama as a base for a trip to Naoshima but ended up staying an extra night to explore Okayama as well. We arrived well before check-in time, but our rooms were ready for us. That was so great. The hotel is in a great location--an easy walking distance to the train station, the garden and castle, and the...

Actually, this hotel is a little bit old. Lower floors seemed waiting for renovation. But cheerful staffs and the Japanese style breakfast with young chef's freshly made grilled fish and beautiful plain omlette were nice. I felt the most positive point is all young staffs have sence of ownership, unusually.

We used Okayama as a base for day trips (to Hiroshima and Himeji) and we struggled for places to stay. The Okayama View Hotel came up as the best option. It was short tram ride, and a short walk from the train station. The hotel staff were friendly, and swiftly checked us in. The room was about standard for Japanese...
