Staff are polite and very helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. We are visiting Tokyo for Ozzfest 2015 which is being held at Makuhari Messe. The hotel is located very nearby to that conference center, shopping and a transportation hub for buses and trains.

Really nice place to stay. Close to the main station with many shops and restaurants in the area. The staff is very friendly, every time helpful and polite. The rooms are big, confortable and clean. The bathroom is also impressive with a window to the room. The breakfast buffet is not big but nice. What I missed, it was the...

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is within a 5min walk from the train station and across the street from the shopping outlets. Other than that, the hotel has bad business practices and the rooms are extremely outdated and poorly maintained. 1) The hotel has bad business practice. They price rooms at ridiculous prices, well above...

An excellent stay in all aspects. Friendly and knowledgable staff, spotlessly clean, great room and amenities, walking proximity to train station, shopping , restaurants and the exhibition centre. For what you get the price is very reasonable. I did stay in an 'executive room' but from what I recall from a previous stay the 'normal' rooms are equally nice but...

I stayed here last year and enjoyed the spacious rooms and the excellent service. So, I was quite surprised to find dirty carpets and worn upholstery in my room. I asked for a different room; it was even worse. I asked for a third room and it had too much of a cigarette smell to it. So I went back...

It's location was spot on for anyone attending the exhibition ,...

Located 30 mins by train from Tokyo center, a min or two walk from Kaithin-Makuhari rail stn and about 45 mins by taxi from Narita Airport. Stayed twice for business in Chiba, location close by.8 It is a pleasant olde world hotel with quite ornate decor inside, the rooms are clean but a little tired. Service is superior, staff most...

Stayed in this hotel for 6 days during my recent business trip in Jun 2014. From Narita airport, there is a direct limo bus that goes to this hotel. It is very easy to purchase the limo bus ticket from Narita airport and it will costs 900 Yen. The limo bus ride is comfortable and there are also English announcements....

If you are attending a convention at makuhari messes and want to save all the back and forth to the city, it is ideal plus plenty to do right there if you want A nice local meal. Some beers, etc. Rooms are comfortable, staff attentive and polite. Typical Japan in a good way!
