We stayed overnight during our transit. Came to Bus stop number 16 from terminal 1 and the bus was on time. Arrived at the hotel in 20 mins. Checked in was a breeze. Nice and spacious room even though we chose a small semi double. Breakfast buffet was very nice. - Japanese section has: algae, miso, eggs, rice, noodle, cold...

We only stayed here for the night before our flight back to the UK. Hotel was all right, it's really big. There is nothing around. I can't tell much about facilities or food as we didn't have time for that. Rooms could be a little nicer, but for the price it's ok. We had a good night sleep!

The room was ok and public areas are very nice. If you get a taxi to the town, beware of the taxidrivers in Narita... Very dishonest. I could not believe that you have to pay 100yen for 20min in an internet corner when even toyoko inn chain has free access to a couple of PC at reception. Shameless. Next time,...

Not being someone who relishes the stress of getting to the airport for a morning flight, especially in a foreign country where I don't know the language, I decided it would be wise to spend my last night in Japan near Narita Airport, so I would have no trouble getting to my 11 am flight in plenty of time. I...

It is convenient to Narita with shuttle running every 30 minutes or so too and from the airport. It was nice even for going out for dinner the night before our flight. There is not much around, but the circle bus come every hour or two and can take you around the city of Narita. They did have happy hour...

Great transit hotel, I actually stayed here a few days as I had to catch a flight out of Narita and it was cheaper to stay around Narita than go into Tokyo. They have a complimentary bus to and from the airport, as well as a bus to the train station and AEON Mall. The only thing that was missing...

Stayed here overnight, just to catch an early flight the next morning. Free shuttle bus to Narita Airport was running every 30 mins or so, which was quite handy. Check in/out was easy, most receptionists spoke fluent English. The hotel location was rather isolated (up in the hill). There were no restaurants or attractions within walking distance but it was...

Good complimentary buss service from the airport. Quiet rooms and OK breakfast. The available space for breakfast is however limited so be there in good time if you need to wait for a table. The restaurantsfor dinner are however expensive and not really good value.

I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. When we got there we had to hire towels and SWIMMInG CAPS!?? Net ones, my teenagers wouldn't go, I forced them. I Spent $13 nzd ( which I didn't have, as thought I wouldn't need to spend any cash in Japan. Put it on visa) for the privilege of them swimming...

My wife works for the airline co. and when they've got Narita flight they stay in Hilton, I'm saying this because for herself Excel Hotel room is a lot better, and great value hotel you pay less for what you can get, they pick-up from and to the airport T1 and T2. We chose this hotel because of the value...
