The staff are really nice and several of them speak decent english. The hotel has an ok exercise facility and laundry facilities are available. The tv has a just a few english channels. The restaurant is ok. The nice thing is the bus that goes at multiple times each day to downtown and to the mall. There is a 24... More

The front desk staff are very professional and accommodating. The rooms are a nice size more on line with American standards. Extras are included: toothbrush, soap, shower cap, hairbrush, lotions etc. Japanese Yukata (robe) with slippers also provided! All rooms have refrigerator and Japanese tea. FREE WiFi in the lobby. $11 for 24hrs in room. The BEST is the Mini... More

This hotel is consistent in that it is fit for purpose. The staff are very polite & helpful, the rooms are basic but comfortable - nice to be able to open a window for once! - and the journey time from the airport very short. Great free shuttle bus service into town for food and to the mall for shops... More

Free shuttle from airport was great - service was friendly and welcoming especially the restaurant, we walked in late and still happy to serve us - breakfast is a little underwhelming but not terrible. Room clean and quite big! Would definitely stay here again :)

Stayed in May 2016, on business travel. Overall, it is not bad at all. Rooms are very basic but have everything that you need. It does look old and showing its age but the whole property is well maintained. Clean and tidy. Bed ..... I have no issues but a bit on the hard side, which is very common in... More

The hotel and staff were professional and friendly, the bus to and from the hotel was timely, and the prices were fair. I also liked the souvenir shop, and I was happy there was an iron and board, and plenty of space in the room for two people. Will definitely come back again!

Straightforward, clean, basic hotel good for one night because it is close to the airport with free shuttles. The first room they offered us was smoking (although we had requested non-smoking) with poor ventilation. But they were accommodating and changed us to a non-smoking floor, which was much better. Free wifi only in downstairs lounge. There are also free shuttles... More

The room was clean and toilet amenities such as shavers, toothbrush and more were provided. The staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel is conveniently located near eateries. There's a Mini Stop right in front of hotel and few restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Free shuttle service is provided to airport, train station and mall. From the train station, it's only... A quiet neighborhood with 7-11 out front about 15 minutes from the Narita airport. Yes, the property is a bit dated, but it is clean with a friendly staff. A scheduled shuttle will take you to a local mall for your shopping pleasure.
