Myself and my daughter spent one night here at the end of our fantastic holiday in Japan. This is very much a travelers hotel, being a 10 minute drive to the terminal by the hotel's excellent shuttle service, and in that context it ticks all the boxes. Hotel is very clean and tidy and well organised. Rooms are big by...

Excellent airport hotel. Clean, comfortable, very close to the terminals, multiple restaurant options. Great customer service. Shuttle (free of charge) to and from the airport. Convenience store and ATM are also available.

We stayed here so we had direct access to airport but able to go into Tokyo at the end of our trip. Complimentary shuttle to airport which also meant to train for Tokyo. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. Food was hit and miss. Sunset Lounge has a nice atmosphere and you can have light snacks at the bar. Serena Restaurant...

Unlike the last time that I was there, I was acknowledged & treated politely when I gave the senior man my breakfast ticket (I ate breakfast on March 26 & April 9, 2017). Although I have both egg & dairy product allergies they had the best variety of food. Just wish all the hotels including this hotel in Japan served...

Friendly staff, spotless rooms and bath, large breakfast buffet, easy airport transport, free WiFi, what's not to like? Perfect layover or short stay airport hotel. Good valve as well. Beautiful garden our back and nice looking seasonal pool and hot tub as well.

This time we plan our road trip from Narita International Airport, but decided to spend two nights at this hotel. We stayed in Junior Suite and the room was almost sound-proof with good view of busy airfield. The buffet dinner was delicious with great varieties of Japanese and Western dishes plus desserts and ice cream. Luckily, I applied for the...

As a layover hotel, can't beat it. It's clean, staff is professional and there are two restaurants to choose from, offering buffet and Chinese food. The hotel also has a fully stocked store for your last minute essentials, a gift shop, coffee shop, an ATM and a free shuttle service to the airport. The rooms are small but clean and...

We stayed here because we had an early morning flight. They have shuttles every 15 minutes in the early morning starting at 6AM which was perfect for us. They event had a late night shuttle from Narita to the Hotel which we used! The rooms were large size and they have CNN in English. The staff spoke English as well....

The Hotel Nikko Narita is a three star hotel ( four start lobby but it's the rooms that count ) and it kind of does what it says on the tin - it's a stop-over hotel that's not too depressing. The bedroom space is just about ok, and I guess if you were exhausted after a long flight might even...
