Though the way our schedule was I wish we hadn't stayed at Narita the day before our flight, I had booked it nonrefundable so we went. The room rate came with the breakfast buffet and we paid for the evening buffet the night we arrived (around $26 for the two of us). The room, though non-smoking, did sometimes smell like...

We only stayed one night, prior to leaving Japan, but it was comfortable and spacious enough. The free shuttle was a definite perk, and the buffet (both dinner and breakfast) was fantastic and quite cheap.

location 20 minutes from Narita Airport, yes the hotel needs some upgrades, but it was very clean, and the standard room we had was generally large for Japan. The breakfast and staff great. From the hotel there is free transport to the train station, where the town of Narita is,and also a free bus that can take you to the shopping mall, plus...

I enjoyed my stay here, I just didn't like the proximity, as there was nothing to see that was walking distance and promoted as being something to visit. Reception staff are courteous and helpful. By day 4 or 5 my toilet stopped being cleaned and it became very mouldy and filthy under the bowl lip. No toilet brush in the...

We stayed for 2 nights. Free shuttle service from airport is a big bonus in a very expensive Japan. The rooms were functional even though dated. TV provided one English Channel (BBC but use bilingual button which only one guy knew after I was told otherwise). There was no coffee with the water heater in theriomorphic. Only two small tea...

Very good price but no other facilities nearby. Good for a one night stay but nothing more I guess. Neighbours outside can be heard and quite noisy. Service is excellent though and was very satisfied. Although we already booked our transport out at a certain time, it was full by the time we were down. They asked us to take...

Have been to this hotel several times; but this time booked a room with two single beds. The shower's water temperature did not work; cold water was not coming through so it was a too too hot shower for comfort. Did report this but very minimal improvement. The bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Lighting in the room...

Stayed here overnight ahead of a flight from Narita to Europe. The shuttle bus in the morning only takes 10 minutes which is a real plus and the buffet breakfast filled me up ahead of my flight. I had some noisy people staying across the hall from me, but I guess that's going to happen with everyone getting up early...
