I travel alone, use this hotel for overnight stay on my way to southeast Asia. For USD$35/night inclusive of breakfast and all taxes and shuttle bus service, I really cannot complain much! Given the price, very dated facility is expected. Fortunately, they are all functional with free WiFi. The TV has only 1 English station, but even that was added...

I stayed at Narita Gateway Hotel( 4 star, not 3 ) before going to Roma early morning start from Narita Airport. Very comfortable! The lobby and front look gorgeous! Good cost performance!! It has good staffs with hospitality and English. In Japanese garden, you enjoy Japanese pond with colored carps. The garden has the Italian restaurant, Japanese old folk house....

en-expensive and close to Narita airport. 10 minutes. The place is quiet. Although there's no stores nearby, you can always get something from the little store they have near the lobby. the shuttle is always on time and the driver is very helpful.

Booked this hotel to stay for a night. Airport shuttle is provided to and fro and this makes my life alot easier. Just wait at bus stop 16 at Narita Airport Terminal 1 and look out for it. This is a shared shuttle with Hilton/Narita Gateway and another hotel (sorry I cant remember) and this runs on a schedules. Hotel...

This hotel is absolutely great! Convenient airport - hotel shuttle. Complimentary transportation to downtown Narita and the train station as well as to the mall. There was a good selection in the breakfast buffet. Not just breakfast items were available but an assortment which is good if you're coming from a different time zone. The staff was friendly and efficient....

Nothing particularly fancy, but equally nothing terrible about this place. Friendly staff who spoke English, a good selection for breakfast with enough for my 3-year-old son to eat, a punctual shuttle bus to and from the airport. All in all a good stay - and was a great price too!

I've used the Narita Gateway for many years for my one-night stopovers. It is usually the least expensive in the area. The free airport shuttle runs every half-hour from the arrivals levels - post 16 in T1, and post 26 in T2. Another shuttle is available from the hotel for trips to the city and shopping centre. Good alternatives to...

Hotel was away from train station and commercial area but area was very calm and charming Japanese country side. Hotel provided free shuttle to and from Narita airport and Narita train station and it was very convenient for short stay without own transportation. Hotel rate was lower than other Narita area hotels but they provided average facility. I prefer to...

We decided to stay at Narita as our plane arrived in the evening. It was fine for one night. It offered a basic style room The breakfast was good. We caught the free shuttle to/from airport and again on the following day to connect to our bus into Tokyo.

We booked this hotel because it was the only pet friendly hotel around the airport and we were flying with our dog so we booked it. We were disappointed because first for staying with a pet we had to pay double the price, not a fee like at other hotels we stayed, and at paying double the price it definitely...
