Disney Tokyo experience with one night stay, the rooms are less than average, helpful staff, breakfast with small variety, connected to the mall, different restaurants, arrived at 10 am and they checked us in at 2:30 pm

My husband and I visited for one night back in September on our honeymoon. The service was great, from start to finish. We were able to leave our bags at the customer service centre right next to Maihama station and then head straight into the park for the day. When we arrived to check in later in the day, our...

Staffs were friendly and helpful even though there were a little communication difficulties. Accessible transportation to and fro Disneyland and DisneySea. Stayed in Donald Duck theme room, love the coziness, and was impressed by the little details of the room and amenities provided for the guests.

We used to stay in this hotel 10 years ago, but once the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel opened, we found it more convenient to stay there. Anyway, we missed the ride in retro shuttle bus here somehow, and most of all, the nicely design amenities, so we decided to come back for the good old days. We found that riding the...

We were a family of 4 and stayed in the Donald Duck character themed room and it was comfortable. There was a trundle bed in addition to the 2 regular beds. The little Donald Duck details from the wallpaper to the amenities were a really nice touch. The bath area was generous as there was a separate toilet, sink, and...

Stepping into the hotel, we were immediately transported to a magical place. It being Disney Resorts, there's no doubt on how family friendly this hotel is. We love the Mickey Mouse amenities in the room. There are pjs for the children, pull out beds, toilet stool etc.. Although there was a misunderstanding created by our travel agent and the hotel,...

We stayed in a Halloween room for 2 nights and the room was spacious and very clean. We paid extra for the Halloween decors and wished we didn't! It was a picture hanging on the wall, a flat plastic decor on top of the TV, and 2 pcs of cloth placed on the beds. Quite disappointing because we were expecting...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights last week and loved it! The hotel was stunning with really nice Disney features and themes. Our room was on the 5th floor and was large, spacious and very clean with a large (bigger than a double) bed which was great after long days at the parks. The wifi was very...

This is a really high class Disney themed hotel. They offer great amenities including bus transportation to and from both parks. There are great restaurants inside as well as a Disney shop that sells the most popular items from the parks.

We stayed here for 3 nights when we visited Disneyland and Disneysea. Staying in one of the disney hotels adds to the Disney experience. The hotel had good customer service and the room was decorated with disney stuff. We have 2 not so good comments though: you can't access wifi easily. We asked for the wifi and a staff came...
