I visited the hotel for one night only. The room is beautiful with tatami to sleep. It's very quiet. We had a group dinner. We eat quite a lot and it was very tasty. The breakfast is also very good. It miss only cereals for European people. Beautiful surroundings.

Visited Hakone using the good value Hakone Free Pass over two days - and stayed at the Lake Hotel, which is about 200m up the hill from Togendai bus station. Lovely hotel - set off the road in fine landscaped gardens and only two storeys high. Went for a twin room which was a good size with comfortable beds, etc....

This is a functional hotel very clean good food and excellent views can't really go wrong for a couple of nights stay !This hotel serves as a stopping base for excursions to stop for a bite to eat etc so sees quite a lot of people through at lunchtime but it's not a problem the property is well taken care...

We went on Sunday to have bath. There was no one apart from myself in the clean/new bath and great to have everything for myself. It was quiet and comfortable time. But I don't thin it has enough space to relax when there are 10 ppl as the bath is sort of small.

This lovely boutique hotel offers a nice view of the nearby natural landscape with mountain, greenery (trees and plants) and under the clear blue sky and its really fantastic to be here. We were brought to this hotel for our lunch as part of our day tour to Mount Fuji and Hakone, before proceeding to our gondola ride to Owakudani...

Rooms are small and some even without bathroom. We booked a twin room with two double beds. The hotel has gone through renovation and is very clean. The public bath and outdoor onsen are well maintained. We like the outdoor onsen a lot coz it has different onsen at different temperature. Looking at the clear sky and soaking in the...

Very nice and clean place to stay after finishing the Hakone loop using Fuji Hakone Pass. This hotel is only 2 mins walk away from the Togendai station. It is a good place to enjoy onsen after 1 day of sightseeing around Hakone before proceeding to Lake Kawaguchiko the next day. You can easily catch the Odakyu bus to Gotemba...

Great location, close to train station. Limited English, but enough to check in, enjoy services. Beautiful view from the front of the hotel. Very modern conveniences. Wonderful restaurant. Would easily recommend it to Western travelers.

We were not sure what to expect when we arrived at this hotel as the website has limited English and we had to ask a Japanese friend to book it for us. It is easy to access by public bus from the Odawarra railway station although there us no luggage storage on the bus and it gets very crowded. The...
