I believe they do, but not 100% sure. I'd be surprised if they didn't at their price point.

Don’t. There are any places far superior in Hakone. You will regret it if you book here.

Yes. There was wagyu beef during my stay. However, the kaiseki changes from season to season so there is no guarantee. It would be best if you send them a email to confirm the course.
