The hotel has an elegant feel with good facilities and beautiful large rooms.
The only downside is the onsen has no character, it is internal with no aspects which surprises me for a fairly new construction.

Hyatt Regency Hakone came highly recommended so we were expecting a lot. Delighted that the team delivered to these expectations in loads. The onsen was fabulous and very well set out and easy to use. Thank you.

They do have the shuttle from Odawara to the hotel. I think you could ask them to help for that. You can just only ask from their e-mail (e-concierge) that provided on their website, they answer quite fast! Also, you may ask... More
