It is a nice location on the bay, had a large sea view room, size is great, bed and pillows are very comfortable, but the rooms need to be updated as it probably has not in at least 15 years. Service is very polite, but since it is in a business district don't expect a lot of help regarding touristy...

I must admit, I can nit pick all I can, like it is a little out dated and the water pressure could have been stronger, but over all, it is a great hotel. Locationwise, it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station and right on the bay of Yokohama. For a hotel of it's standard, the price justifies the...

We stayed 3 nights here after our tour of Japan. Room was comfortable and spacious with beautiful views of the bay. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices and the service staff very efficient, as were all other hotel staff. All spoke good English. We took the Sea Bass boat from the hotel pier to the Red Brick Warehouse. Lots of...

This hotel is conviniently located in Yokohama City Centre. We booked two interconnecting double bed rooms with a total size of 76 square meters. The bed,was good and the mattress and pillow were soft and comfortable. The service and cleaning processes were organised properly in a logical manner throughout our trip. The breakfast buffet was cool, and you can choose...

Stayed 1 night in early December 2016 beautiful hotel lobby with amazing Xmas Decs. Great location for fun park rooms are a bit dated however, the view on harbour side is gloreous & the ferries wheel is captivating at night. The Concierge was a tad grumpy & gives incorrect info. He will direct u to the train station to go...

Stayed two nights here, and we loved it! The location was perfect as all the places that we wanted to visit are within reach. the room was spacious, however the pillow was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of selections. We had the water view, and the kids love watching the boats passed through.

My experience with the body treatment at "Bay Window" was extraordinary. I fully enjoyed a spectacular ocean view while pampering myself with very relaxing, aroma massage. They also let me use the sauna, bath and the relaxation room with no extra charge and served me herb tea, which was delicious. The fitness room is fully equipped with fee weights, with...

The last time we stayed at this hotel, we took off at Sakuragicho Station and walked for more than 15 minutes. After getting used to the surroundings, we found that the closest station is Minatomirai Station and it only takes a 10 minutes’ walk to the hotel. We have seen the photos of the city view from other contributors and...

Our most recent trip to Japan saw us expanding our destinations. This time to Yokohama. As an IHG member & mostly because we have been very satisfied with the previous ANA Crowne hotels where we have previously stayed, we opted to give the Intercontinental Grand Yokohama a try. Initially we thought it was a bit more expensive than the ANA...

there's a direct link access from minatomirai stn. the amenities were decent, and despite being full house, service was in order. the hotel was centrally located and walkable to : a couple of malls (paradise yokohama, queen's mall.. with plenty of shopping and dining options), manyo club (luxury onsen club), cup noodles museum, red brick warehouse (there's a christmas market...
