stunning reception/foyer areas the rooms are larger than most but not luxurious a bit tired (our bed was very hard) but very clean and the view was perfect, all staff are extremely friendly and happy to go the extra yard on any reasonable request, club level was not as generous as others food/drinks/size. very close to everything fun park, shopping,... We stayed here for one night in November on our last night in Japan after a 13 day visit. We had booked a sea view club room, so that we would have a comfortable night before heading out early to Haneda airport the next morning. We were able to check in a little early after exploring Yokohama on foot. The... More

And it is very important to me - proximity to food choices. Of course the hotel will have its own restaurants (and those will have its own price) but there really are no nearby food choices around. The nearest is in the mall Queen's East/Landmark Tower which is, yes adjacent to it through a footbridge but still, a good 10minute... More

It was just one night and didn't have time to see the restaurants and spa. My room was just fine, spacious and very comfy, not luxurious, but the view was stunning, I didn't want to leave the window! I would love to stay again in my next trip to Yokohama.

A good hotel in a good location. Perhaps in summer the location would have been more vibrant however it did seem quiet while I was visiting. Close to transport and cabs had no trouble finding it. On the waterfront so good for an early morning run, which is all you can do as the fitness centre was closed.

The hotel is right next to the convention Center and connected with the queens plaza & landmark tower as well as easy walk from sakuragicho station and minato mirai metro station. The rooms overlook Yokohama bay on one side and the big wheel on the other. The buffet breakfast is one of the best in this area in terms of... More

As I was on a weekend break from my business in Tokyo, I took the opportunity to travel to Yokohama, which is a city that I have only visited Yokohama once before & have not had the pleasure of staying at the Yokohama Grand until this visit. For me, the hotel had four advantages: 1 - It is a great... More

Stayed in November 2016 for a business trip. The rooms are fine for purpose, not luxurious or anything. The shower was over the bath so would be difficult for anyone with limited mobility to get in. Restaurants and bars close early but there are other options within walking distance. Right beside a shopping mall

Enjoyed my stay at InterContinental Yokohama hotel. Room has great ocean view. I also like the Japanese bento breakfast. Nearby shopping mall and supermarket closed at 8pm. On weekends they close at 9pm. Train station is within walking distance. Highly recommended.
