I stayed there as my conference was at Pacifico Yokohama, 15 minutes by foot. The room was clean, hot water perfect and the japanese breakfast pretty good. The receptionists were very polite. I believe it is good value for money..

Just visited this hotel while on business. Very old and nothing special. The room felt like a Motel 8 does in the U.S.A. WIFI would barely work so I had to cancel the remainder of my stay and headed to the Tokyo Marriott. The Pros: good breakfast, the toilet! Location is decent. The Cons: Very bad wifi. Non-engish speaking staff... More

I had the chance to stay at this hotel for two consecutive nights. It is situated in a very convenient place right next to the Sakuragi Cho Station and a few minutes walk from the Minatomirai Area. It is also right next to a Ichiran ramen shop which is very popular. The staff were nice and friendly, although I can... More

Had to stay one night due to other hotels being booked and I will not ever return to the hotel. The hotel is old like 70ties, everything is yellowish colour from all the cigarette smoke soaking into even materials you would never expect (like plastic). Not mentioning discovering some bite of some sort of "night creature". I do not even... More

I booked this room on a Japanese hotel booking website as the cost was much more competitive and included breakfast. Access: Easy access from Sakuragicho station, but you can also walk to Minato Mirai in a few minutes. Do take a map or use your phone though, as the many station exits can be confusing. Check-in: Easy and fast, was... More

A very nice hotel conveniently situated close to Sakuragicho station, from where you can connect to Yokohama main station and therefore pretty much everywhere else. The hotel is also quite close to bars, restaurants and a local supermarket. Also nearby to the bay area. The hotel staff were lovely, polite and helpful and spoke very good English (though I did... Breezbay is a good hotel - but be careful and make sure you get a non-smoking room! We didn't think about that until we got a smoking room which was so unpleasant. They moved us quickly and cheerfully. The hotel hotel is situated next to a station and a lovely part of town where there are small streets full of... More

My first impression was not good. It seemed smelly and tired, but maybe that was because I was. A long trip from Australia and then my bag was lost so no clothes to change into. Anyway it worked out in the end. It is not a plush hotel, but it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread is amazing! the... More

Our stay at this hotel was a very odd experience...something we have never encountered before. Upon checking-in, we got lost numerous times inside. It's difficult to explain the layout to someone who hasn't been there before, but the structure was not practical at all. We knew things didn't feel right after we received the key to our room. I wish... More

Nice large entrance lobby, fast lifts. The rooms were modern and of a decent size for Japan. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. It's not what I would call a resort though, it's a hotel in a city. There are male and female onsens downstairs in the basement. The female one is small so gets full up very... More
