Hotel is near Sakuragichou station. Skywalk makes it easier to access the station.
Rooms are clean, Air conditioning is good.
Wifi is okay, but get's disconnected some times.
Room key needs to be upgraded.
The BreezeBay was one selected as a Congress hotel. It was rather disappointing hotel. The room, although now non-smoking, smelled strongly of stale tobacco which was unpleasant. I only ate in once, for breakfast, which was very expensive for what was offered. Overall disappointing.
I stayed there as my conference was at Pacifico Yokohama, 15 minutes by foot. The room was clean, hot water perfect and the japanese breakfast pretty good. The receptionists were very polite. I believe it is good value for money..
Just visited this hotel while on business. Very old and nothing special. The room felt like a Motel 8 does in the U.S.A. WIFI would barely work so I had to cancel the remainder of my stay and headed to the Tokyo Marriott.
I had the chance to stay at this hotel for two consecutive nights.
