It is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Bunk Bed Twin Room was small but the room space was clever arranged. Both of us could comfortably sit at the table with our laptops - which is not common even for 4* hotels. The lighting was bright, AC heated the room perfectly, wifi was fine. The only thing I missed...

This would have to be the best guesthouse/hostel in Japan. All of the criteria are excellent. It is more of a very small hotel than a hostel. It is very convenient to the JR railway station and some nice restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the place ia always immaculately clean. I will always stay there when...

Actually it's more home stay than hotel, but it doesn't mean that it's not good. The hotel is located very good - 10 minutes by foot from the Nara park. Stuff iv very friendly and helpful and - it's important - well english spoken. The only problem - rooms are very small... but... for Japan it's not something unusual. Free...

The hotel is very close to the JR station (five minutes or less), with ample eating choices in the neighborhood, as well as the large grocery store in the station and numerous convenience stores. As the one (currently) bad review noted, the room was small; but this is Japan - if you come to Japan expecting large rooms, you will...

I stayed one night in the double bunk room by myself. 1. Super clean 2. Near Nara train station and walkable distance to most attractions 3. Get anything you'll need as a backpacker - kitchen, free internet, fully equipped room (hairdryer, high quality shower gel & shampoo) 4. No problem with sound insulation at all. My room is super quiet....

Like: Location is right by the train station and there is the only large supermarket in Nara (that we know of) right there within a five minute walk. It’s a newer small hotel that has computers with interne, TV (No international channels), kitchen (with all you need for cooking) and eating area, lots of books (mostly manga both in Japanese...

It is spotlessly clean, in easy walking distance from JR Nara station, and in a pleasant walk away from all of Nara's major attractions. I stayed in the Japanese style tatami room, it is small, but all conveniences one could wish for were available. It is perfect for a single person or a couple. The managers can communicate well in...

This is one of the best things I have seen in my maiden Japan visit. The room that we stayed in (one bed with two bunks, 203) may not be more than 9'X9'. We (My wife, five year old daughter and myself) were traveling with a lot of BIG bags and we did not have any trouble whatsoever in this...

The Japanese style room was very clean however very small. The service was exceptional. The price was very good. The location is very accessible. Just a few minutes walk from the train and bus station and close to a few restaurants and bars.

This was the most fun and enjoyable place we stayed during our trip to Japan. It's 5 minutes walk from the JR station, super easy to find. The owner really made this place. Welcomed us as though we'd been friends. Super speedy internet in the whole place. We had a "double bunk room" which sleeps 4 but there were only...
