Stayed for the first time with a group of foreign visitors. The hotel is quite new and very clean. The staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the stay so much. Will stay in this hotel again. Bonus points: choose rooms facing the port that are located on a high floor. The view from rooms is very nice especially at night.

Stayed here for a week and a half with hubby for work. The hotel and lobby were clean, staff was very friendly and the room had quite a few amenities not in the U.S. hotel rooms, albeit the room was small. There was a double bed which was big enough for hubby and I, and we are average sized. There...

As another reviews, the hotel location is near to Fukuoka Harbor, and Congress center (walk distance). I stayed for 5 nights to participate during the conference. The hotel is locate little bit away from the central district like Tenjin, but easily to walk in 10 - 15 minutes. The room decorate was like home (i.e., apartment) in standard Japanese. The...

The room was very clean and very well-stocked, and even came with full housekeeping service every day. There was always at least one staff member at the front desk who spoke English and was more than willing to help. I stayed here for a "visa run" from Korea. The hotel is not close to the Embassy, but is close to...

The hotel a near Fukuoka Harbor and FICC. A bit far from the city center. Strictly follows the assigned room check-in time. The rooms were clean and had a small kitchen. Uses key not a magnetic key card for the door. The staff were very polite and friendly.

We stayed Three nights. This hotel is located away from central Fukuoka and is a little distance to walk. However if prepared to cycle the city, which I recommend, the hotel has free rentals on their cycles and is worth doing. Cycling in such a busy city was quite exhilarating. Rooms were spacious enough and beds comfortable. Breakfast as in...

Stayed 7 days in this hotel. Check in time is at 3pm. Most of the staff don't speak English, however there is one who speaks excellent mandarin. This hotel is a distance from popular places and subways so it might not be a good choice if one is here for sightseeing. For the room, it is really clean. The staff...

Stayed in F-cube for a meeting in Fukuoka. Hotel located close to Bay area of Fukuoka. Cab driver had a difficult time locating it. Nearest Subway station NakasuKawabata is a long walk ( approx 800m ). More like an apartment than a hotel. Hotel extremely clean and spotless. Bathroom are very clean and fitted with modern fixtures - some that...
